In Debian Buster the repositor for backports has changed , this is the fast solution copy & paste to solve it .

1. modify your apt sourcelist related to backports

# joe|vi|nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/buster-backports.list

2. and comment out what present adding the new repository

#deb http://ftp.debian.org/debian buster-backports main
deb http://archive.debian.org/debian buster-backports main contrib non-free
