additional PHP versions on UBUNTU

On Ubuntu sury doesn’t work, you must install Ondrey repositories using PPA

apt install software-properties-common

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ondrej/php

PHP 7.4 ( ubuntu 18.04 libonig4 ) for recent libonig5
